Based in California, VIVA Transcription has skilled transcriptionists and account managers across the U.S., ensuring fast turnaround times and exceptional customer service, no matter what state you call home. Since 2003, we’ve been at the forefront of providing quality transcription to medical professionals and beyond.
A passionate team of problem solvers, we’re always looking for ways to improve our industry. Unsatisfied with existing software and outside vendors, we created our own proprietary technology that improves the workflow between physicians and transcriptionists, supports any dictation method, and doesn’t require special training or installation. The final product has saved our clients time and money, without sacrificing quality.
Always looking to expand our services, we also engage in acquisitions, bringing on teams of transcriptionists with years of experience, in addition to new clients. This has led to a growing national presence, with clients in all 50 states as well as Canada and Puerto Rico.
